Development History
2011- Xinhai became the controlling shareholder of Shenzhen Unimed Medical Supplies Inc. Basing on stabilizing the lighter business,Xinhai made the first step to the medical device industry.
- 2008
- Xinhai acquired 100% shares of Unilight B.V.in the EU.
2005- Xinhai has formed a pattern that the three big manufacturing bases located in Ningbo,Shanghai and Jiangsu cooperate and improve together.
- Xinhai worked out and implemented ten-year development strategy plan, and became the first president of Ningbo lighter Industry Association.
2001- Xinhai established Zhejiang University-Xinhai Electric Products R&D Center jointly with Zhejiang University.
- 1997
- Participating in the Canton Fair in 1997,Xinhai developed diversified sales channels.
- 2010
- The technical center of Xinhai was approved as the National Validated Technical Center.
- The two Chinese national standards of lighter and utility lighter mainly drafted by Xinhai were approved and promulgated.
2007- The shares of Xinhai succeeded to be listed.Xinhai's brand "XINHAI" was rated as Chinese Famous Brand Product and Chinese Famous Trademark.
2003- Xinhai won another victory of anti-dumping suit against the EU as well as the honor for the company
2000- Xinhai passed ISO9001Quality System Management Approval.
- 1995
- The annual turnover of sales broke RMB 10 million.
2009- Xinhai was honored with IP Exemplary Unit of China.
- The "World Lighter Museum" was settled down in Xinhai.
- 2006
- Xinhai was honored with New and Hi-tech Company,as well as Standard Innovation Contribution Award of China.
- 2002
- Xinhai won the anti-dumping suit against South Korea ,and successfully worked out 5 models lighters,breaking through the CR technical barrier.
1999- Xinhai set up the ISO9994 Quality Testing Center.
1993- Xinhai was established.
